~ the Corporation of the To.ship of Picketing (herein
c~led "the Township") by by-law No. 2859 enacted on J~u~y 27th, 196%
~d registered in the Registry Office for the Oo~t~~ of Ont~io
January ~%h, 1964 e~ropriated ~t 80 according to Pi~ M-37 registered
in the Office of L~d Titles at ~itby, ~t~io for road p~poses;
~ ~ the To.ship has fo~d that the said l~ds ~e
~necess~y for its p~poses and dec.es to ab~don the said
p~su~t to Section 21 of The ~ropriation Proced~es Act, Statutes
of Ont~io, 1963, Chapter 34;
~ ~ McIntosh Investments L~ited, the registered o~er
of the said l~ds on J~u~y ~th, 1964, has executed ~ ac~owled~ent
~d release dated December, 1964, of ~y claims for d~ages in
consequence of the e~ropriation ~d ab~do~ent of the said l~ds
by the Tow~hip.
T~ the Co~cil of the Corporation of the Township of
Picker~g enacts as follows:
1. The To.ship hereby decl~es that Lot 80 on Registered Pi~
~/~-37, Land Titles, ~itb~, Ont~io, is not required for the p~poses
of the To.ship ~d hereby authorizes the ab~do~ent and hereby ab~dons
the above-mentioned e~ropriation of s~d ~t ~O.
2. The Reeve ~d Clerk of the Township ~e hereby authorized
to execute such doo~ents as may be necess~y ~der the corporate seal
of the Township in order to give effect to the release ~d ab~do~ent
of the expropriation of the said l~ds by the To.ship.
