TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING COMMITTEE
OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to integrate the experience of
the Planning Board w~th the Committee o£ Adjustment in view of
the change im consent granting authority under ~he Planing
Ac~, effective ~2 3, 1965~ ~d
~EREAS ~er~ain ~esi~a~ioms have been tendered to pe~l~ ~he
integration ~
~E IT ENACTED bY ~he Municipal Council of the To, ship of
Picketing ~hat the ~mbers of the Township of Picketing
Cool,tee of AdJus~men~ effective December 2~, 196~. shall be
as follows:
1. Donald J. Ca~e~ to January 1, ~968-
~nnis Horsfield ~o January 1, 1968
3. Donald McPherson $o January 1, 1967.
Melvin Johnson to January 1, 1966.
5. Edgar R. James ~o J~uary 1, 1966
And shall hold office ~il ~eplaced by ano~he~ by-law~
AND ~AT ~he members of such Co~~ee be paid $ .... ~..... pe~
meeting, plus Ten Cents (10$) per mile necessarily travelled in
this capacity; ~m0 ~
AND THAT By-~w Numbe~ ... .. be and the same is hereby
repealed tnsofa~ as it effects this By-law.
