WHEREAS p~ovision is made fo~ the establishment of a Community
Centre and Athletic Field in Ontario under %he Community
Centres Act~ 1960;
A]~D WHEREAS it is desired to estsbllsh a Community Centre on ~7'
the Nomth Half of Lot 2~ Range 3, Blocks K, ~ ~,;, i-~ and ~3'~
Plan H-17, in the Township o~ PickePing;
THEREFORE the ~unicipal Council o% the Township o~ PickePing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
t. THAT A Community Centre defined as a Community Centre unde~
the Community Centres Act, 1960~ and ~he regulations there- ?~
under, be established at Lot 2g, Range 3, Blocks K-~A ~f-;~,~'
Plan H-17, and that %he said Community Centre be administered
by the following Board duly appointed rom the ensuing year:
Richard HaPlow, 1290 Radom Street, Bay Ridges
~,~ms. V. Gamdiner, 1388 Fomdon Ave., Bay Ridges
James H. CaiPns~ 776 Kmosno Blvd., Bay Ridses
Wm. Coleman, 887 Antonio $~. , Bey Ridges

Donald Waming~ 1388 GaPvolin Avenue, Bay Ridges. Council
John Campbell~ White's Road, R. R. 2~ Pickemlng. Council
~. THAT the said Community Centme shall be maintsined as a
Community Centpe by the said Boapd in conformity with the
Act and regulations made thereunder.
3. THAT the said Community Centre shall be known as the Bay
Ridges Community Centre.
