A WARDLE-FLY IN~.PECTOR FOR THE YEAR 1965
WHEREAS the Council passed By-Law No. 1942 whereby the Tcwnship is
now under the Uarble-Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE E~ACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the Township of Picketing THAT:
Orville Cox be and he is hereby appointed Warble-Fly
Control Inspector for the Township of Pickering.
The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall comply
with the regulations of the Warble-Fly Act, collect
all fees and pay same over to the Township Treasurer
as collected,
The salary of the said Orville Cox, while acting as
Warble-Fly Inspector, shall be regular Township road
rate plus (15¢) Fifteen Cents per hour.
By-Law Ne. 2862 be and the same is hereby repealed.
