THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICK~RINO
A By-law to amalgamate e×isting Fire Areas.
WHEREAS Fire Area No. 1 of the Township of Pickering
was created by By-law Number 1823 as amended by By-laws
Numbers 2098 and 2267;
AND WHEBEAS Fire Area No. 2 of the Township of Picker-
lng was created by By-law Number 2267;
AND WHEREAS Fire Areas Nos. B, 4, 5 and 6 of the
Township of Picketing were created by By-law Number 24?7;
AND WHEREAS the said Fire Areas Numbers 1, 2, 3,
4, 5 and 6 comprise all o£ the lands in the Township of
Picketing;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amalgamate
the said Fire Areas.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED that an application be
made to the Ontario Municipal Board for an Order to amalga-
mate Fire Areas Numbers 1~ 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Township
of Picketing, pursuant to The Municipal Act, R. S. O. 1960,
Chapter 249, Section 15.
