LANDS SOLD BY THE TOWNSHIP TO DERBY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED.
WHEREAS the Township of Picketing sold Derby Construction Company Limited
approximately six and one-half (6 1/2) acres on Industrial Road, and there
is now a mortgage of $15,120.00 owing to the Township;
AND WHEREAS Derby Construction Company Limited have built and sold a
factory oh 'approximately 1 acre and now ask for a release on such land;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to sign a discharge for said acre providing thet Derby Construct-
ion Company Limited will pay the Township the sum of $ _~0. O~
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this .~__ day of 196~.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this'~ day of 196~.
