AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH HYGRADE

BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized to sign the agreement between Hygrade
Fuels Limited dated August 2~, 196~.
