A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF TNE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
MAKE APPLICATIOI~ TO THE LOCAL MASTER OF TITLES TO BRING TWO
AREAS IN FAIRPORT UNDER LAND TITLES ACT.
WHEREAS in the opinion of the Registrar of the County of
Ontario, certain areas in Fairport represent "trouble spots"
where properties, as they exist, do not conform to the
registered plan, and he considers it expedient that such
areas ~e transferred to Land Titles;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that application be made to the Local
Master of Land Titles to bring the following areas in Eairport
under the Land Titles Act:
"A" That portion of the Hamlet of Fairport bounded on the
east be Liverl~ool Road, on the north by Bay Street~
and on the west by Frenchman's Bay.
"B" That portion of the Hamlet or Faimport bounded on the
east by the west limit of Plan F 15, on the north by
l{rownlng Avenue extepded westerly to Frenchman's Bay,
on the west Frenchman's Day, and on the south, the norther-
ly limit of Lots ], 2 & 3, Plan 65, Block A, as extended
westerly to Frenchman's Bay.
