TO SET A DATE AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING NOMINATIONS FOR
ME~TBERS OF THE BOARD OF PICKERING TOWNSHIP SCNOOL AREA
NUMBER 1 FOR THE YEAR 1965 AND THE DATE AhD }}OURS OF
ELECTION IF NECESSARY.
TNE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the place for receiving nominations for the
offices of five members of School Area No. 1 Board
for the year 1965 shall be in the Townsblp Hall
in the Hamlet of Brougham, on Friday~ Novembem 27th,
1964, and that the hour during which such nominations
shall be received shall commence at seven (7)
o'clock p. m. and end at the hour of eight (8)
o'clock in the evening.
2. THAT should an election be necessary for the above
offices, a poll of the electors will be held on
Saturday, December 5th, 1964; the location of
such polling places for such election will be named
in another By-Law; the hours during which such polls
will be open will be between the hours of ten (10)
o'clock a. m. and eight (8) o'clock p. m.
3. THAT By-Law Number 2821 be and the same is hereby repealed.
