A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2443 BY PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF FIRE
ARMS WITHIN A FURTHER DEFINED AREA.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of

Picketing:
1. THAT under Clause 1 of By-Law Number 2443 two new sub-
clauses Numbers 0 and P be inserted as follows:
(o) "Commencing 300 feet east of Sandy Beach Road in Lot
20 at the north limit of Provincial Highway Number 401
and extending southerly to Lake Ontario, thence westerly
to include all of Lots 21 to 28 inclusive south of the
north limit of Provincial Highway No. 401 and include
all of Frenchman's Bay exclUding those areas previously
covered in By-Law No. 2~3, Clause 5."
(p) The southerly 300 feet of Lots 15 and 16 in Concession
Broken Front, Range 3.
