A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE 19 _~/~ ...... EXPENDITURES ON ROADS IN THE
COUNTY
TOWNSHIP OF _~__C~I~IG IN THE OF
DISTRIGT
WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act requires that the total expenditure on roads
be provided for annuatly by by-law and that the by-law be submitted to the Minister of Highways
for approval.
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the said Township enacts as follows:
(1) The sum of $_~-~_~Q_Q.(~) ..... ia hereby estimated as the expenditure upon the
construction and maintenance of the roads and bridges under its jurisdiction during the year
as follows:

Act.
~ (8) The clerk shall transmit du¢li~t~ copies of this by-law to the distrlet office of the
~nieipal goads Branch, Department of Highwa~s, Ontario, not later than ~areh 81st of ~he
said 7ear.
(4) The approval o[ the Ontario Municipal Board shah be obtained before any expendi-
~a~e is authorized or work commenced which will be financed by the issue of debentures or moni~
~aised in a su~equent year.
