A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY HALL AT ROUGE HILLS.
WHEREAS on April 20, 1959, the Council of the COrporation
o t~Township of Picketing passed By-Law No. 2398 which
established the "Rouge Hills Community Park Board";
AND WHEREAS Council now deems it desirable to repeal such
By-Law and establish "The Rouge Hills Community Centre Hall
on part of the same lands.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
T~wnship of' Picketing that:
1. There be established in Broken Front, Range 3~ Part Lot
~1, Plan 3~5, Lot 85 (un~egiste~'ed) "The RouBe Hills
Community CentTe Mall" and that By-Law No. 2~98 be and
the same is hereby ~epealed.
2. The members of said RouEe Hills Community Centre Hall
Board rom the yeam 196~ and until succeeded~ be:
Mrs. Ethel Hull
Ray T~ayno~
George Kange
Geo~Ee Woods
Ollie Synott
Hubert Wank - Council
M~s. Jean McPhemson - Council
3. The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community
Centre by the said Board in conformity with the Act and
~e~ulations made themeundem.
~. By-Law No. 2868 be and the same is hereby ~epealed.
