AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN A CONVEYANCE TO PERMIT
THE OWNERS OF BLOCK "L" IN PLAN 418 TO HAVE A RIGHT-OF-WAY
OVER TOWNSHIP PROPERTY, AS DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 118554
REGISTERED FEBRUARY 20~ 1964.
WHEREAS Gerald P. Cowan deeded a parcel 66 feet by 441 feet
~n Block Plan 418, to the Townshi~ of Picketing, and in
error omitted a provision that owners of such block could use
same for a right-of-way;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickerlng that''the Reeve and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to sign a conveyance for a rlgbt-of-way by occupants
of Block "L", Plan 418, over land registered as Number 118554
in Block "L", Plan 418.
