CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
~qTEREAS by Agreement dated the 14m day
of March 1960 ~ between The Hydro-Electric Power
Commission of Ontario and the Corporation (which Agreement is
hereinafter called "the Street Lighting A§reement")~ the
Corporatiou contracted with the said Commission for the light-
ing of streets in that area of the Township as described in
the Corporation's By-law No. 2~9~ ;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation desires that the Street
Lighting Agreement Shall also apply to an additional area in
the ?ownship as hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKETING enacts
as follows:
1. That the Street Lighting Agreement shall apply to
that additional area in the Township as hereinafter described,
namely: All ef registered plans M13, M17, M18, M19 and M20,
Township of Pickering.
2. That 100 ~ of the cost incurred by the Corporation
under th~'~ ~reet ~ignt!n~ A ~.e,~:~nt £oP the lighting of stre~,~s
in the said additional, area shall be assessed and levied on
the Pateable property in the area.
3. That O % of the ccsg so incurred by the Corporation
shall be paid by the CoPporation.
