A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AUTHORIZE THE
REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN OFFER OF PURCHASE FOR A GRAVEL PIT.
BE IT ENACTED By the ~4uniclpal Council of the Township of Pickerinf
that the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign an Offer of
Purchase for the easterly one quarter of Lot 2, containing 50 acres,
and the easterly 20 acres of Lot 3~ in the Fifth Concession of the
Township of Uxbridge for the sum of Forty Five Thousand Dollars
($45.O0O.O0)
