A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING
TO NAME MEMBERS OF BROUGHAM COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR 1964.
WHEREAS a Community Centre was established at Brougham
'in 1955 by By-Law Number 2100, under the Community Centres
Act, 1949;
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT A Community Centre defined as Athletic Field under the
Community Centres Act 1949~ and the regulations thereunder,
be administered by the following Board:

William Newman Council
Harvey S~ang Council
The said Community Centre shall be maintained as a Community
Centre by the said Board in conformity with the Act and
regulations made thereunder.
