TO AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN~ AGREEMENT
WITH THE CANADIAN NATIONAL RAILWAYS FOR A TOWNSHIP WATER
MAIN CROSSING THEIR PROPERTY ON FAIRPORT ROAD.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickerlng that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized to
sign an agreement with the Canadian National Railways
which would permit the Corporation of the Township of
Picketing to lay a water main under the Canadian National
Railway on Fai~port Road for the yeaDly rental fee of
Five Dollars ($5.00) per yea~.
