A BY-LAW TO EXPROPRIATE LOT 80 PLAN M37 FOR
ROAD PURPOSES
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering deems it desirable to acquire certain lands
hereinafter more particularly described for the purpose
of providing a public highway
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY
ENACTED as a by-law of The Corporation of the Township of
Pickezing by the Council thereof as follows:
1. That Lot 80 on Plan M37 filed in the office
of Land Titles for the Township of Picketing and the County
of Ontario at Whitby, Ontario, be and the ssme is hereby
expropriated for the municipal purposes of the Corporation
and the Reeve and the Clerk be and they are hereby authori-
zed and directed to sign a Plan of the land expropriated
and to carry out all other steps necessary for the said
expropriation.
