A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
MEMBERS TO THE WEST ROUGE COMMUNITY CENTRE.
WHEREAS a Community Centre was established in West Rouge under the
Community Centres Act~ 1949~ in the year 1961;
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the Community Centre defined presently as a "parkette" but
which is planned for an outdoor skating rink under the Community
Centres Act, 1949~ and the regulations thereunder, be administered
by the following Board, duly appointed for the year 1964:
2. THAT the sa~d Community Centre shall be maintained as a
Community Centme by the said Board in conformity with the
Act and regulations made thereunder.
