A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN A DEED TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF HIGHWAYS OF ONTARIO FOR PART OF DIXIE ROAD IN THE SAID
TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS under By=Law No. 2782 a portion of Dixie Road was
closed and under Resolution No. 126/63 Council agreed to sell
part of such closed road to the Department of Highways of
Ontario;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk be authorized
to sign a deed to the Dep~rtment of Highways of Ontario for
that pomtlon of Plan P.23]0-70 which is marked in red for
the sum of $2.00,
BY-LAW read a First and Second time this'~'~day cf~ 1963.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this~/~day of~ 1963.
