A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF TIlE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
PROVIDE FOR THE ERECTION OF YIELD RIGHT-of-WAY SIGNS.
WHEREAS subsection P of section BB of The Highway Traffic Act
~ 1960, Chapter 172) provides that;
No yield right-of-way sign shall be erected without
the approval of the Department and every sign so
erected shall comply with the regulations of the
Department;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality
~f the Township of Picketing deems it expedient that yield
right-of-way signs be erected at certain 19cations within the
municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality
f.PickeriBg ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
. Yield right-of-way signs shall be erected at the locations
designated hereunder:-
Intersection Facin~ Traffic
" " " North hound traffic on
"A"-~
Liverpool Road ~nd Krosno Liverpool Road
Boulevard
~t~e Department of Transport.
