A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO SET
A DATE, HOUR AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING NOMINATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF
COUNCIL AND MEMBERS FOR THE SCHOOL AREA BOARDS FOR YEARS 1964
AND 1965 AND THE DATE AND HOURS OF ELECTIONS IF NECESSARY.
The Municipal Council of the Township of Picketing ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the place for receiving nominations for the offices of
Reeve, Deputy-Reeve, and five Councillors for the Township
of Picketing and five members for each of School Area Boards
Numbered 1, 2 and 3 for the years 1964 and 1965 shall be in
the Township Hall in the Hamlet of Brougham on Friday,
November 29th, 1963 and that the hour during which such
nominations shall bl received shall commence at ~5)-
o'clock p. m., and end at the hour of _~..)~ o'clock
in the evening.
2. THAT should an election be necessary for any or all such
offices, a poll of the electors will be held on Saturday,

polling

such e'lJction will be named in another by-law. The hours
during whidh such polls will be open will be between the
hours of //T O'clock a.m. and ~- o'clock p. m.
3. THAT By-Law Number 2633 be and the same is hereby repealed.
