A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO PROVIDE FOR
THE TOWNSHIP ROAD DEPARTMENT TO TAKE OVER AND ASSUME GREENWOOD AVENUE
AS A TOWNSHIP ROAD.
WHEREAS Greenwood Avenue is a Sixty-six (66) foot road approximately
Seven Hundred (700) feet in length and is shown as a road on Registered
Plan Number 282;
AND WHEREAS approximately thirty (30) cars travel this road daily;
BE IT THEREFp, R~ ENACTED by the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
THAT Greenwood Avenue from Pine Grove Avenue to Woodview Avenue be a
Township road as of the date of the passing of this By-Law subject to
the approval of the Department of Highways.
BY-LAW read a Third time and PASSED this day of 1963.
