TO APPOINT AN INSPECTOR TO ADMINISTER THE MUNICIPAL DRAINAGE
ACT,
WHEREAS Section 4(1) of the Municipal Drainage Act provides
fo~ the appointment of an Inspector to administer the
Municipal Drainage Act~
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that:
1. Mr. Poul PoR, lssp.n~ Engineer, be and he is hereby
~[~x,~ , appointed Inspectom to administer the Municipal
· DPainage Act in the Township of Pickering~ to hold
such office until this by-law is Pepealed.
.~?,i - 2, That By-Law No. 2420 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
