A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
APPOINT A PLANNING DIRECTOR OF THE SAID TOWNSHIP.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that:
1. John H. Faulkner be and he is hereby appointed Planning
Director of Picketing Township
2. The duties of the said Director shall be all phases of
Township planning, secretary to the Planning Board~ Secretary
to the Committee of Adjustment, assist in the promotion of
industry, and such duties as the Council may from time to
time require.
3. The salary of the said Director shall be $7000~0 ~er a~num
and he shall commence his duties on
The said Director shall be paid 10¢ per mile for the use of
his car necessarily travelled for Township business.
