A BY~AWTO ~ROVIDE FOR THE 190~EXPENDITURES ON ROADS IN TllE
COUNTY
TOWNSHIP OF ~I~.~.!~ .... IN THE OF .Q~.~.~ ...........
WHEI~EA8 The Highway Improvement Act requires that the total expenditure on
roads be provided for annually by by-law and lhat lhe by-law be submitted to /he ,Minister
of Ilighways for approval.
TtlEREFORE the Council of the Corpo ration of the said Town, ship enacts as follows:
(1) The sum of $...~,(~.~..a.~,.I~.P~P.P ........ is hereby estimated as the expenditure upon
the construction and maintenance of the roads and bridges under its jurisdiction during the
year 19 ..6.3...... as follows:

(g) The said monies shall be expended under the supervision of the duly appointed
township road superintendent and on work performed in accordauce with The Itighway
Improvement Act.
(3) The cle~'k shall tra~smit daplicate copies of this by-law to the district office of
the Municipal Roads Branch, Department of IIighways, Ontario not later than March 3lst
of the said year.
(4) The approval of the Ontario 5[unieipal Board shall be obtained before any ex-
penditure is authorized or work commenced which will he financed by the issue ot~ deben-
tures or monies raised in a subsequent year.
