AN ACTING WELFARE ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE SAID TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS A. W. Cane has tendered his resignation as Welfare Administrator
effective June 1~, 196S, and same has been accepted by Council;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township of
Picketing that:
1. ~/~ Si /~ be and he is hereby appointed Acting Welfare
Admlnistratol~ of the Township of Picketing, effective on the
}7 '~ day of ~ ~ 1963
.
2. The duties of the sa!d ACting Welfare Administrator shall be those
prescribed for such officer under the General Welfare Assistance
Act and regulations thereto, and such duties as the Council may
from time to time define.
The salary of the said Acting Welfare Administrator shall he
~]~ e'~ per annum.
B. All by-laws contrary to or inconsistent with this By-Law
are hereby repealed.
