WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Picketing deems it desirable to amend the provisions of By-Law Number 2520; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Pick%ring ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. On lots numbered: M-11 qq7 1396 Fordon Avenue, Bay Ridges M-11 502 851-8q9 Modlin Road, Bay Ridges M-16 12q7 856 Douglas Avenue M-lq 29 1339 Poprad Avenue M-lq 120 873 Naroch Blvd. M-lq 18 1326 Poprad Avenue M-11 q28 900 Krosno Blvd. M-11 712 8q7 Reytan Blvd. a carport may be erected in the sideyard provided it is not closer to the street line than any side entrance to the dwelling or closer than 18 inches to the side lot line. 2. THAT the following section be added to By-Law No. 2520: Section 2-10-A A carport shall be deemed to be a private garage which is completely open on two or more sides other than for roof supports. 3. THAT By-Law Number 2520 be and the same is hereby repealed and amended only to the extent necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-Law No part of this By-Law shall come into force without the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to such approval, the By-Law shall take effect from the day of passing thereof.
