AUTHORIZE THE REEVE AND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
VILLAGE OF PICKERING RESPECTIN~Z(FIRE SERVICE TO A PORTION 0P
THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the Township of Picketing that the Reeve and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign an agreement with the Village of Picketing
dated~s¢l'3~ ;! /~ whereby they will service a portion
of the Township of Picketing with fire protection under the terms
set forth in the agreement.
