A BY-LAW Or ?.Z CORPORATION 0r THE TOWNSHIP Or P~¢KERI~ TO AUTHORIZE
A REBATE OF THE GARBAGE RATES CHARGED IN ERROR AGAINST A RATEPAYER.
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Township of Picketing that the
Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to rebate to W. M. Bryden
the sum of $85.63 being the garbage rates charged against him and paid
by him in the year 1963 against property under Roll Numbers 18-32,
18-35 and 18-51, such properties having heretofore been included in
error in a garbage area defined by by-law and this rebate being made
in consideration of the withdrawal by the said W. M. Bryden of an
appeal launched by him under Section 37 of the Assessment Act.
