WHEREAS the Towns~io of PJckerin~ ~s the owner
o~' part of Lot 20, Range 3~ Broken Front Concession ~n the
Township of Picketing shown on draft site plan attached
hereto;
A[~I~) WHEREAS the Township desires to se~] Lots 4,
and 5 shown on said dr~'t, site nlan to Norde] Develo~ment
Corporation L~m~ted.
THEREFORE T[~E MCfNICIPAL CO~q~IL OF T~-iE CORPORATION
OF TME TOW]'qSHIP OF }~ICKERI~G ENACTS AS ~'OLI,O~S:
That the Township offer to se~l the afloresaid
]ands to Norde'[ Deve]oament Core,oration L~mited at the rate
of $3,0OO per acre.
2. That the Reeve ~nd Clerk are authorized to execrate
the Agreement of Sale and Deed to carry out the sale of the
said ]ands to Nordel Development Corporation L~m:]ted. The
Agreement to he ~n the J~orm attached h~reto as Ap!~endix A.
READ a First and Second time this 3rd day of dune, ]963.

A By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Pickering to authorize the Corporation to sell certain
Township Industrial Lands to Nordel Development Corporation
Limited.
WHEREAS the Township of Picketing is the owner
of part of Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the
Township of Pickering shown on draft site plan attached
hereto;
AND WHEREAS the Township desires to sell Lots &,
and 5 shown on amid draft site plan to hordel Development
Corporation Limited.
THER~FO~ THE MUNICIPAL COUNCII, CF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Townehip offer to sell the aforesaid
lands to Nordel Development Corporation Limited at the rate
of $3,000 per acre.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk are authorized to execute
the Agreement of Sale and Deed to carry out the sale of the
said lands to Nordel Development Corporation Limited. The
Agreement to be in the form attached hereto as Appendix A.
