AMD WHEREAS the Township desfres to sel~ Lots ]2
a~d 13 shown on the said draft site plan to Satok Industrial
Developments L~ m~bed.
THEREFORE T~E ~JNICIPAI, COUNCIL OF T~E CORPORA~r~ON
OF T~{E TOWNSHIP OF PICKER]NG EI'~ACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Townsh~o offer to sell the ~foressid ]ands
to Sato~ Industrial Deve]o?ments Lim4ted st the rate of
$3,000 per acre.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk ~re a~thorized to execute
the Agreement o~~ Sr~].e and Deed to e~rry o~t the s:~le of the
s~id ]ands to Satok ][ndustris] Oevelopmer. ts Limited. The
Agreement to be ~n the f'or~ at. tache(J hereto

A By-law of the Corporation of the Township of
Pikcering to authorize the Corporation to sell certain
Township Industrial Lands to Satok Industrial Developments
Limited.
~HEREAS the Township of ?ickering is the owner of
part of Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town-
ship of Picketing, shown on plan attached hereto;
AND WHEREAS the Township desires to sell Lots 12
and 13 shown on the said draft site plan to Satok Industrial
Developments Limited.

OF T,~ TOt;NSHIP OF YICK?,RING ENACTS A~ F~LLOWS:
1. Thst the Township offer to sell the aforesaid lands
to Satok Industrial Developments Limited at the rate of
$3~OOO per acre.
2. That the keeve and Clerk are authorized to execute
the Agreement of Zrle and Deed to csrry out the sz~le of the
ssid lands to Satok Industrial Developmerts Limited. The
Agreement to be in the form attached hereto as Appendi~ A.
