AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2779 WHICD SETS RATES ['OR THE VARIOUS
SCHOOLS IN L963.
WIiEREAS St. Mary's Separate School Board has submitted a
late requisition and it is deemed advisable to make the
correction so that they will have enough funds for 1963;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the
Tow~'h'i}>' o'f' ~ickering that Clause 2 of By-Law No. 2779,
reading:
"Separate School Area 2 (St. Mary's portion) res-
idential and farm rate required, 34.0 Mills;
Commercial and tn]dustrlal rate required, 37.9 Mills"
BE ~HANGED TO READ
"Separate School Area 2 (St. ~'ary's portion) residential and
farm rate, 36.9 Mills; Commercial and Industrial rate
required, 37.9 Fills."
