A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO ESTABLISH
A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND ATHLETIC FIELD IN BLOCK V, PLAN M-15, at Bay
Ridges.
WHEREAS provision is made for the establishment of a Community Centre an~
Athletic Field in Ontario under the Community Centres Act, 1960;
AND WIIEREAS it is desired to establish a Community Centre in
Block V, Plan M-15 at Bay Ridges in the Township of Pickering;
THEREFORE the Munioipal Council of the Township of Picketing ENACTS
as FOLLO~'S:
1. THAT A Community Centre defined as a Community Centre and Athletic
Field under the Community Centres Act, 1960, and the regulations
thereunder, be established at Block V, Plan M-15 at Bay Ridges,
and that the said Community Centre and Athletic Field be administered
by the following Board, duly aDpointed for the ensuine year:

2. T~AT the safd Community Centre and Athletic Field shall be
maintained as a Community Centre and Athletic Field by the
said [~oard in conformity with the Act and regulations made
thereunder.
3. THAT the said Community Centre and Athletic Field shall be
known as the R and C Balsdon Community Centre and Athletic
Field.
