ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises 4 situate, lying and being in the Township of Pickering, in the County of Ontario and Province of Ontario, containing by admeasurement an area of one .hundred and sixty-nine thousandths of an acre (0.169) more or less and being composed of part of Pinegrove Road, being part of the original allowance for road between Township Lots Thirty-four (34) and Thirty-five (35) and part of said Lot 35, Concession 1, in the said Township.
