BY-LAW NUMBER
A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
POUNDKEEPERS AND FENCEVIEWERS FOR THE SAID MUNICIPALITY FOR THE
YEAR 1963.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipal Corporation of the Township of
Picketing:
1. THAT THE FOLLOWING NAMED PERSON BE AND HE IS HEREBY
APPOINTED POUND-KEEPER FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING FOR THE YEAR 1963:
2. THAT THE FOLLOWING NAMED PERSONS BE AND THEY ARE HEREBY
APPOINTED FENCEVIEWERS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP
OF PICKERING FOR THE YEAR 1963, that is to say:

3. THAT the Pound-Keeper and Fenceviewers appointed heretofore
~shalZ eontlnue to hold o£Eiee as sueh respectively aEter the
expiration of the year 1963 until such time as their successors
shall have been appointed in the year 1964. The fee for each
fenceviewing inspection shall be ~ o~ and 10 Cents per mile
for mileage travelled necessarily on Township busimess.
