REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER 2699 WHICH PROPOSED TO R~-ZONE A PORTION
OF LOT 22, CONCESSION 1 OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
WHEREAS the Ontario Municipal Board has refused to approve
the me-zoning of the south-west part of Lot 22, Concession
1, as proposed under By-Law No. 2699;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that:
BY-LAW NUMBER 2699, passed on June ~ 1962~ be and
the same is hereby repealed.
