permit the Corporation enter into an Agreement of Sale of certain
Township Industrial Lands to Satok Industrial Developments Limited.
WHERF~kS the Township of Pickering is the Owner of part of
Lot 20, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Township of Pickering~
shown on plan attached hereto;
A1COWHEREAS the Township desires to sell the Southerly 75
feet of Lot 2 shown on the said plan to "Satok Industrial Develop~lents
Limited" hereinafter called "Satok";
THEREFORE ~tE MUNICIPAL CCUNCIL OF THE C~RPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Township enter into an agreeme~t with Satok to sell
the said lands at the rate of $3~000.00 per acre~ on such
terms and conditions as the Reeve and Clerk deem advisable,
including the taking back of a purchase money mortgage for
part of the purchase price, hut it is to be a condition of
the said agreement that it is to be subject to the approval
of the Department of Municipal ~Lffairs and if necessary the
Ontario Municipal Board.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby authorized to negotiate
and do all acts and execute all documemts necessary to carry
out the aforesaid sale of the said lands.
