Limited" hereinafter called "Satok"t
THEREFORE THE ~UNICIPAL COUNCIL OF T~£ COR?ORATION OF T"£ TOWNSHIP

1. That the Township enter Ants an agreement with Satok to sell
the said lends at the rate o~ $3,000.00 per acre, on such terms
end conditions as the Reeve and Clerk deem advisable, including
the taking bask of a pti=hame money mortgage for part of the
purchase price, but it ia to be e condition of the said
agreement that it is to be sub,eot to the approval o~ the
Department of Municipal Affairs and if neoeesary the Ontario
Nunicipal Board.
2. That the Reeve and Clerk are hereby euthorised to ne~otiate
and do all acts and execute ell donuments necessary to carry
out the aforesaid sale of the said lends.
