A BY-LAW OF THE COI~ORAT]'ON OF THE TO~NSH~'P OF PICKERING
TO REPEAL BY-LAW NI.rHBER 1923 "TO ESTABLISH A CO~UNI~
CENTRE AT FRENCIII~f~u~tS BAY".
WHEREAS title to Block A, Plan 324, lies with the
Frenchman's Bay Community Association and was never
turned over to the Township of Pickering;
THEREFORE B~ IT ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the
Township of Picketing that By-Law Number 1923 be and
the same is hereby repealled.
