A BY-LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE 19~.~. ............. EXPENDITURES ON ROADS IN THE
COUNTY

WHEREAS The Highway Improvement Act requires ~hat the total expendi-
ture on roads be provided for annually by by-law and that the by-law he suhmltted to
the Minister .of Hil~hways for approval.
THEREFORE the Council of the Co~oration of the said Township enact~ as
foliows:

upon the constructlol~,,and maintenance of ~he roads an.d bridges under its jurisdiction

expenditure is authorized or work commenced which will ~be financed by the issue of
debentures or monies raised in a subsequent year.
