A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERI~G TO NAME A
DEPUTY CLERK FOR TNE TOWNSMIP OF EICKERING.
~IHEREAS Harry S. Pearce was appointed Assistant Clerk off the Township
of Pickerin2 by Resolution Number 81 passed in April, 1958;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the ~unlclpal Council off the Township
Picketing THAT
14arty S. Pearce be and he is hereby appointed Deputy Clerk of the
Township of Picketing.
2. Harry S. Pearce be and be is hereby appointed Returning Officer
for the illunicipal vote to be held on October 27th, 1962, on the
~question of there bein~ liquor outlets in the Township of Picketing,
as ~he Clerk will be absent from the Township during the enumeration
for such vote.
