AUTHORIZING ~PEED LIMITS iN SAY RIDGES~ ~~~
W}~EREAS Section 59 Section 2 of the Highway Traffic Act, P.S.O. 1960,
provides that the Council of any Township may ~ass by-laws tc provide
for a maximum speed of vehicles, in built up areas not to exceed 25
miles per hour;
AND WHEREAS the Council of theTownship of P~ckerinF deem it expedient
to pass such a by-law in certain subdivisions :~n the Township of
Pickering;
NOW THEREFORE Zhe Council o~ the Corporation of the lqunici?a][tv of zhc
Township of Picker~n[~ ENACTS AS FOLLOUS:

s~oced than thc rate of speed prescribed in the sai~] Schedule.
2. This By-Law shall not become effective until ap?roved by the
