A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATIOH OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO FURTHER
AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NUMBER 2511.
WHEREAS the Planning Board of the Township of Pickering has recommended
t-~e zoning designation of certain parts of Lot ~2, Broken
Front~ F. ange 8~ be changed;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Township of Pickering deems it
desirable to amend the provisions of By-Law No. 251i, as amended;
NOW THEREEORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of
Piekering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule 'A' of By-Law No. 2511, at the scale of 1" equals
~00 feet, together with references and notations thereon, be
and the same is hereby amended by changing to zone symbol from
R4 ~o C1 for the lands described below:
"Ail of Lots 2, 3 and 8 according to Registered Plan No. 407
registered in the Registry Office for the County of Ontario
at Whitby~ and the westerly 100 feet of Block 'A' according to the
said Plan."
2. THAT By-Law No. 2511, as amended, be and the same is hereby
amended only to the extent to ~ive effect to the provisions
of this By=I,aw.
TItAT this By-Law shall not come into effect without the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board, but subject to such approval,
this By-Law take effect from the passing thereof.
