A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO NAME
MEMBERS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE, TO APPOINT A PARKS
ADMINISTRATOR, AND TO REPEAL BY-LAW NUMBER 2679.
WHEREAS it has been recommended by the Parks and Recreation
~tee that Mr. C. W. Laycox be replaced on the Committee by
Mr. Gordon Shaver, of West Rouge;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Picketing that the members of the Township of Picketing Parks
1. and Recreation Committee comprise the followin~ named persons
for the balance of the year 1962, and until a new Committee shall
be aDpolnted:
F. B. Baker
Donald Hopkins
Gordon Shaver
D. A. Beer
Kalman Vizely
Mrs. Jean McPherson Council
W. J. Greening Council.
2.THAT HARRY ASHTON be and he is hereby appointed Parks Administrator
and that no expenditure on Township Parks shall be incurred without
a Purchase Order having first been obtained from such Administrator.
3.TEAT By-Law No. 2679 be and the same is hereby repealed.
