BY-LAW NUMBRR ~/~~
A BY-LAW OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2576 OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING.
WHEREAS by By-Law No. 2576 of The Corporation of the Township of Picketing
certa~-~ lots and blocks more particularly described in the said by-law
No. 2576 were designated an area of subdivision control to be called
area of Part Lot Control No. 1.
AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Township of Picketing
deems it desirable to exclude the lands hereinafter more particularly
described from area of Part Lot Control No, 1;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Picketing
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-Law No. 2576 of The Corporation of the Township of Picketing
is and the same is hereby amended by deleting the following
lots from the area of subdivision control designated as area of
Part Lot Control No. 1 under paragraph 1 of said By-Law No, 2576;
ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of lands
situate lying and being in The Township of Picketing and
County of Ontario as being all of the following lots
according to the following plans filed in the Office of Land
Titles at Whitby~
PLAN M-il, Lot ~82
2. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date on
which it is finally passed.
