A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO APPOINT
TWO WARBLE-FLY INSPECTORS FOR THE YEAR 1962.
WHEREAS the Council passed By-Law No. 1942 whereby the Township is
now under the Warble Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of the Township
of Pickering that:
1. Orville Cox and Murvyn Mason be and they are hereby appointed
Warble Fly Control Inspectors for the Township of Pickering.
The said Warble Fly Control Inspectors shall comply with the
regulations of the Warble Fly Act, collect all fees and pay
same over to the Township Treasurer ss collected.
THAT By-Law No. 2650 be and the same is hereby repealed.
