A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2511, WHICH ZONES CERTAIN LANDS SOUTH
OF HIGHWAY 401.
WHEREAS the Township of Pickering Planning Board has
recommended to Council that certain changes be made in
zoning of part of Lot 22, Concession 1 south of Highway
401;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Townshmp of Pickering ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A", being a part of By-Law No. 2511
pas=ed by Council on the 5th day of October, 1960,
zoning that portion of Lot 22 in Concession 1, south
of Provincial Highway No. 401 from Liverpool Road
easterly 1100 feet, containing approximately 12.2
acres, ss part C3 and part Mi, be amended to show
such area as C2.
2. THAT the attached map of described area shall form
a part of this By-Law.
3. This By-Law shall become effective on the date it
is approved by the Ontario Municipal Board.
