BY-LAW NUMBER
A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO
AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2520 WHICH ZONES THE LANDS IN BAY RIDGES
TO CERTAIN USES.
BE IT ENACTED by the Municipsl of the Corporation
of the Township of Piekerin~ that:
1, By-Law No. 2520 be amended by addin~ to Section 1~
Local Commercial Zone C1 the followin?:
10.4 Exceotion
Notwithstandine the provisions of Section 10.1~
a Church shall be permitted in Block "S",
Registered Plan M-15.
2. This By-Law shall become effective on approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
