A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PICKERING TO SET OUT
THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF PARKS ADMINISTRATOr.
For the purposes of this By-Law, the office of Parks Administrator
shall include the administration of recreational activities within
the Township of Picketing.
BE IT ENACTED by the Council of the Municipal Corporation of the
Township of Picketing that the duties of the Parks Administration
Officer shall be:
1.~o~s~ account to Council for all expenditures of municipal funds for parks and recreation purposes.
2.~oM~m-t authorize all expenditures of municipal funds for parks and recreation purposes.
3.~o~ account to Council for all equipment of the municipality
acquired or used for parks and recreation purposes.
4. foM~m~T take ~eneral responsibility for the physical condition and
maintenance of parks.
5.%~ssist the Parks and Recreation Committee in preparing its budgets and carryin~ out its policies.
6.~equire all credits due to the Parks or Recreation Committees to be paid to the Township Treasurer.
